Enabling the “Checklists” module for a customer

Who can do it: Service provider
Where: Wialon Platform Studio

To provide a customer with access to the checklist functionality, the service provider must assign one of the following billing plans to this account:

  • Standard
  • Advanced

Features available after activation

Once the Checklists module is active, new features become available in the Studio, FleetSpace, and Wialon Driver interfaces for that customer.

Wialon Platform Studio

  • Checklists tab in the customer details
  • Checklist assigned, Checklist overdue, Checklist rejected, and Checklist with failed check triggers, and the Create a checklist action on the Automations tab

Wialon Platform FleetSpace

  • Sections: Assigned checklists, Submitted checklists
  • Widgets in the device and driver list: Assign checklist, Checklist status (chip)
  • Widgets in the device and driver details: Assign checklist, Checklist status (chip), Assigned checklists, Submitted checklists
  • Reports: Checklists

Wialon Driver

Checklists tab with:

  • Current checklist assignments
  • Checklist submission history
